Superb beans from the Kokoa Kamili growers in Tanzania that have spent a few months lingering in a bourbon barrel. The result: a complex, oaky, fruity bar with deep notes of cherry eau de vie and sultana raisins. Very little sugar here as the rich smooth cacao notes just don't require it.
