Zotter - African Origins Tasting Trio
Josef Zotter works with some amazing cocoa beans. This fall we have been fortunate to receive three different African origin dark chocolates from the Zotter collection. This trio of bars is a great opportunity to taste three different chocolate origins made by the same maker, and includes:
Madagascar 75% - One of the most popular origins, Madagascar chocolate has bright red fruity note that almost tastes like jam, with a nutty end note.
Tanzania 75% - Deep plum and berry notes, reminiscent of brownies, with fig and spice notes.
Uganda 70% - Mild strawberry, rich caramel, and sweet cream are found in this lovely bar.
